The
introduction and first chapter of this cookbook are full of useful
information regarding Mediterranean cooking and lifestyle. Then
follows a collection of mouthwatering recipes that I cannot wait to
try. There are a few that I may need to lighten up a bit, but most
fit right into our efforts to be very careful and smart about our
carbs. I will just need to use Chapters Six 'Pastas, Pizzas, and
Breads' and Chapter Eight 'Sweets and Desserts' sparingly. I also
think these recipes will turn making dinner together into a date
night, creating interesting, new, savory dishes to share. So here's
to trying Chickpea Fatat, Fattoush, and Fatayers!
